Buyer responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of drawings, specifications and requirements you send us, and for confirming that a product may lawfully be imported into and used in your destination market. Import duties, taxes, licensing, conformity assessment and customs clearance in the destination country remain the importer’s responsibility unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Intellectual property
The text, layout, wordmark and images on this site belong to Altosa Exim LLP or are used with permission. You may read, print and share pages for your own commercial evaluation. Republishing substantial parts of the site, or presenting them as your own, is not permitted.
Drawings and specifications you send remain yours. We do not acquire rights in them by receiving them.
