Role clarity
Altosa is a merchant exporter and commission agent. We do not imply that every item shown is manufactured or stocked by Altosa.
Specification-first sourcing
Fit, material, standard, tolerances, test expectations and acceptable documentation are discussed before quotation.
Country and compliance check
Destination-market requirements and export feasibility are reviewed per product and inquiry; acceptance is not automatic for every market.
Commercial clarity
Quantity, lead time, packing, payment basis and the applicable Incoterms® 2020 rule are recorded in the quotation or order documentation.
Traceable communication
Important technical and commercial decisions should be confirmed in writing, with drawings and revisions clearly identified.

Inspection and material records
State the records you need in the request itself — material test certificates, dimensional reports, plating or coating thickness, hardness, or third-party inspection. Availability depends on the part, the process and the supplier, so it is confirmed in the quotation for that order rather than assumed from this page.
Where you nominate an independent inspection agency, that scope is recorded in the order documentation before production, not agreed afterwards.
Certifications
Altosa Exim LLP is a registered Indian exporter (IEC) and a registered business for GST. Beyond those registrations we do not publish product or management-system certifications, because we hold none that we can evidence to a buyer — and a certificate that cannot be evidenced is worth nothing to your audit file.
Where a supplier holds a relevant certification for your part, that is a fact about the supplier, and it is confirmed for the specific order rather than presented here as ours.
Where our role ends
We coordinate sourcing, commercial terms and documentation. We do not act as your certifying body, your customs broker, or your legal adviser, and destination-market conformity remains a decision for the importer of record. Product eligibility, destination-market requirements, logistics and trade compliance are checked before an inquiry is accepted, and we say so when the answer is no.
