This page describes, accurately and without legal boilerplate, what happens to the information you enter on this website.

Who is responsible
Altosa Exim LLP, Rajkot, Gujarat, India, decides how and why your inquiry information is used. Questions, or requests to see or delete what we hold, can be sent to exim@altosaeximllp.com.
The inquiry form
The request-for-quotation form prepares an inquiry on your device; it does not store the submission on this website. There is no server database, no analytics capture of form contents, and nothing you type is transmitted anywhere until you choose an action.
Once you choose to send the inquiry by email or WhatsApp, the message is sent through your own email application or WhatsApp account, and the information in it is used by Altosa Exim LLP to review and respond to your request.
If you contact us by WhatsApp
WhatsApp is operated by Meta. If you choose that route, Meta processes the message and its metadata under its own terms. Email is available as an alternative if you would rather not use it.
What this website itself collects
Nothing. There are no cookies, no analytics, no tracking scripts and no third-party embeds. Fonts and images are served from this site rather than an external network, so simply reading these pages does not report your visit to anyone else. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, as every web host does.
Confidential drawings
Please do not send confidential drawings until communication details and handling expectations are confirmed in writing. If your drawings are commercially sensitive, raise a confidentiality agreement in your first message and it can be put in place before anything technical is exchanged.
