Your sector isn’t listed?

The process does not change. Send the drawing or specification and we will tell you honestly whether we can source it — including when we cannot.

Send your requirement

Sector coverage reflects the range our supplier base can address, not a claim of completed work in every sector. Availability, standards, documentation and export feasibility are confirmed for each inquiry.

/ 03About Altosa Exim

A practical bridge between global buyers and Indian supply.

We are an LLP based in Rajkot, Gujarat—one of India’s established engineering regions. Our role is to understand the requirement, identify suitable supply options and coordinate the commercial path from inquiry to dispatch.

  1. Clear role: merchant exporter and commission agent
  2. Supplier sourcing shaped by drawings and specifications
  3. Export coordination discussed order by order
  4. Direct communication with a defined inquiry owner
/ 04Why work through us

You could contact a manufacturer directly. Here is what changes when you don’t.

Working through a sourcing partner costs a commission, so it should buy something specific. These are the things it buys.

Options, not one factory's answer

A drawing sent to a single manufacturer gets one answer, shaped by what that manufacturer already makes. We assess suitable supply options against your specification — including manufacturability and documentation needs — before anything is quoted.

One contact across the whole order

Technical clarification, commercial terms and dispatch coordination run through one defined inquiry owner, in one language and one thread — instead of across several factory contacts and time zones.

Specification settled before price

Open points are clarified first, so the quotation reflects a scope both sides have agreed. A number that arrives before the questions is a number that changes later.

The path from inquiry to dispatch is coordinated

Milestones, available quality records and dispatch documentation are coordinated against the order, rather than left for you to chase across a distance.

/ 05How we work

A transparent sourcing process for cross-border buying teams.

Every requirement is different. These are the decision points a buyer can expect before committing to an order.

  1. Step 1

    Define the requirement

Send the drawing or specification, material, quantity, required standards, destination and target timing.

  2. Step 2

    Review supply fit

We clarify open points and assess suitable supplier options, manufacturability and documentation needs.

  3. Step 3

    Agree the commercial basis

You receive a scoped quotation covering product, quantity, lead time, packing and agreed trade terms.

  4. Step 4

    Coordinate the order

After confirmation, milestones, available quality records and dispatch documentation are coordinated against the order.

/ 06Buyer assurance

Trust should be verifiable before it is claimed.

This website is designed to make the first due-diligence conversation easier—not to replace technical, legal or commercial verification.

Business identity

Altosa Exim LLP, Rajkot, Gujarat, India. IEC (Importer-Exporter Code) and GST (Goods and Services Tax) registration details can be shared during a qualified commercial discussion.

Role clarity

Altosa is a merchant exporter and commission agent. We do not imply that every item shown is manufactured or stocked by Altosa.

Specification-first sourcing

Fit, material, standard, tolerances, test expectations and acceptable documentation are discussed before quotation.

Country and compliance check

Destination-market requirements and export feasibility are reviewed per product and inquiry; acceptance is not automatic for every market.

Commercial clarity

Quantity, lead time, packing, payment basis and the applicable Incoterms® 2020 rule are recorded in the quotation or order documentation.

Traceable communication

Important technical and commercial decisions should be confirmed in writing, with drawings and revisions clearly identified.

Incoterms® 2020 rules describe delivery terms only. They are not a substitute for a contract, quality agreement, payment terms, product compliance or legal advice.

/ 07Built for international inquiries

One clear RFQ path across markets and time zones.

Plain English

Specific language, readable on mobile, with no inflated market-leader claims.

Country-aware

The buyer’s destination is captured early so standards, documents and logistics can be discussed.

Buyer-controlled

No instant commitment; the quotation is based on the agreed specification and commercial scope.

/ 08Contact / Request a quote

Send your requirement.

A specific inquiry gets a specific answer. The more of the following you can share, the more useful our first response will be:

  • Drawing or specification reference
  • Material or grade and applicable standard
  • Quantity or annual requirement
  • Destination country, city, port or airport
  • Target delivery timing

Fields not marked “(optional)” are required. Replies are sent by email; response time depends on the technical complexity of the requirement.

Please do not send confidential drawings until communication details and handling expectations are confirmed. If your drawings are commercially sensitive, raise a confidentiality agreement in your first message and it can be put in place before anything technical is exchanged.

This form prepares an inquiry on your device; it does not store the submission on this website. Once you choose to send it by email or WhatsApp, the information is used to review and respond to your request. How your data is handled

/ 09Buyer FAQ

Straight answers before you commit time.

Is Altosa a manufacturer?

Altosa Exim LLP is a merchant exporter and commission agent. We source and coordinate suitable supply; the manufacturing source is clarified within the commercial process.

Am I buying from Altosa, or from the supplier?

It depends on how the order is structured, and it is stated in the quotation for that order rather than assumed. Ask for it to be confirmed in writing before you commit — the answer determines who your commercial counterparty is.

Can you work from drawings?

Yes, drawing- and specification-based requirements can be reviewed, subject to technical clarity, supplier capability and commercial feasibility.

What is the minimum order quantity?

MOQ depends on the part, process, material, tooling and supplier. It is confirmed after the requirement is reviewed.

Can you provide inspection or material records?

Required records should be stated in the RFQ. Availability and any third-party inspection scope are confirmed in the quotation—never assumed.

Do you supply every country?

No blanket promise is made. Product eligibility, destination-market requirements, logistics and trade compliance are checked before acceptance.
